Delivery

We process your order for approximately 2-3 business days (excluding weekends). It takes approximately 14 to 16 business days for you to receive your order. However, sometimes there might be slight delays. For delayed deliveries, we are not obligated for a refund. Once the product is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via e-mail. We use standard shipping.

Once you make the order, please check out your junk mail folder as well to see your confirmation e-mail. Tracking number for your order reflects online after a short while.

United States and Canada Delivery: $9 (Free Shipping for order overs $150)

Returns and Exchanges

Any of our products are NOT eligible for return under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We offer exchanges if the exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees to ship the item back to Florida, United States. When we receive the shipment, we will issue a discount code for you to purchase the new item. Please use our e-mail form on contact us page to request an exchange. The accessories are FINAL SALE. They are NOT eligible for exchange.

Custom Charges

For both free and paid shipments, you are responsible to cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. Our products are shipped from United States or China.

Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. Unfortunately, refused or missed deliveries won’t be able to get a refund. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees if apply.
